A body in motion stays in motion. A body at rest… should probably get off its ass and start moving!!
It’s the New Year. A time for New Years resolutions. It’s a time to lay off the Christmas cookies, chocolates, and extra glass of the alcoholic beverage of choice and start being healthy, productive, “good.” So much easier said than done. I know I should get on the treadmill (I have one in the basement) and on the yoga mat (more often). I also have that boxing membership I’m still paying for. I keep thinking tomorrow or next week or after so and so. It’s difficult to get a body in motion. Especially when you have a dog like mine that enjoys being a body at rest.
